Welcome to the 2009 Crystal River Sharks football and cheerleading season! The Crystal River Sharks have been in existence for 30 plus years, and the tradition continues to grow every year. Last year's Jr. Midget football team was crowned conference champions, and did not stop there. Blowing through the regional playoffs, they made it all the way to the Southeast Regional championship game, falling just short to Fort Pierce. 3 cheer squads also won conference titles! We are definitely going to need a bigger trophy case before long! Practices start on August 1st for tackle football and August 3rd for cheer. Please help us with the safety off your child by making sure they drink plenty of WATER before and after practices!! Our schedule will be posted by August 10th, so keep checking for updates. As we continue to grow this website, we will be adding game results, schedules, and pictures. I truly hope you will have the best experience with us, and remember we always need your help with fundraising, concession stand, etc, so please help us so that we can have the best organization for all kids involved.
